8:35am – Reading the news in Moffett Field at the NASA Ames Research Center. Off to class in a couple minutes.
9:10 am – Brainstorming on how energy problems can be solved and innovation applied to help 1 billion people! Dividing up into groups
10:15 am – All the teams generated lots of ideas… Now which ones will actually work? Let the group assess!
11:15am – There’s no better way to get fresh opinions on ethics and everyone attention than unplugging everyone from laptops and phones!
11:45am – Just found out one of our fellow Singularity students is expecting a baby boy! Congrats!!
12 noon – New visitors from the press… Welcome and congrats Wired Italy! www.wired.it
12:15 – David Rose on “How to Finance Your Singularly Brilliant Adventure.” Yes, he can talk faster to keep us on schedule!
12:40 – Founding meeting – how do we launch an energy startup in the next few weeks? 11 amazing SU students is a good start!
2:00 pm – Intel’s CTO Justin Rattner on the future of Moore’s law and how technology will change our world over the next 10 yrs!
3:00 pm – Grad time! Team building and a triathlon. Team C here we go!!!
7pm – Amazing triathlon! We’re in second place, two points below 1st…best video takes the trophy!
